Theo, it is Valentine's Day in two days and a lot of people have been asking about love and what the mind of God is really all about. I'd like for you to share with us anything that you'd like to on the topic of love.

Oh, there are many descriptions of love are there not? But it is truly the peace and a sense of joy in the heart. It raises many chemicals in the body when there is that sense of joyfulness, gratitude, what is perceived as the word love, but it is truly a feel-ing that permeates and raises the frequencies of the body and allows for a peaceful mind. And that comes within the centeredness of one's heart and many can glimpse that momentarily. So when one breathes into the heart, breathes deeply exhaling completely, one can be more aware of that sensory-ness of love permeating every cell of the body, being God centered. Centered in God is centered in self, not self centeredness. So breath into the heart and let that permeate the entirety of your being and radiate out into the world like a pebble thrown into a pond. The reverberations of that are grand.

So love and God...is God just pure love?

Yes. It is the highest frequency or essence of frequency that there is. And ones do not have a conscious awareness, the words that are given limit quite a bit, that is why we ask you to go into the feeling.

The personal experience?

Yes

When we leave this human incarnation does that next expression of our soul become pure love in the non-physical realms?

In essence we see that already, whether you are in body or in other dimensional expressions, unlimited.

How can human beings recognize love and live it and feel it in every moment of our experience?

Integrate the fragmented parts of the soul, bring them home, feel the wholeness in self, not the emptiness that is projected out. And that can be done through meditation and breathing into the heart, exhaling completely, concentrate on that feeling and then the orphans step forward to be heard to be loved and then there is peace.

Easier said than done for many.

That is why we say these are words. They can be heard and intellectualized and agreed with or not. That is why we address the experience for it is in the experience that it comes, not the intellect.

THEO, how do you view our country going forward, our place in the world and the effect of Obama's election on the global community?

It is historic, that it is a defining factor that historians will place in books and writings, about such an enormous shift and change.  For they could not write about what we've been speaking about in a cognizant way.  So it has to be an event that is dramatic enough for all human beings to pay attention.  It is also an energetic, if one viewed the response of human beings on the planet globally, not only in the country of what you live but globally, responding with tears and joy and celebration, it is not only this man taking a place as a president of a country, but it is a sign of the energetics that have shifted for human beings and the global community birth.

This is the birthing of the global community that you have been talking about for some time, is that correct?

It is.  And many speak of this man in differing ways, as black, as the color of his skin, but this is a global human being in his thinking.  And not only is he black, he is white.  He is multi-cultural which is necessary for the understanding of the global community coming together and the ability to communicate with other leaders of other lands and beliefs.  So it is not a myopic being, it is one with a broader vision.  And one with intellect to draw close unto oneself those who have expertise beyond his own in certain arenas.  He is not arrogant enough to think he knows it all and that is necessary when there is such a large task at hand.  For there are many leaders, many masters, many teachers that will assist this transformational time greatly and it is a blessing. 

Tell us more about Barak Obama as it relates to his soul.

He is a very strong being as you might attest to by the calmness of his demeanor.  That calmness comes from a centeredness in integrated self.  He has had his challenges in his life but he has accepted them in his personal growth and will continue to do such, for that is his knowing of his own being, and he's come here to accomplish this task.  His soul has been directing him forward for this.

How do you see the next four years here in the United States with this Presidency?

There will be changes, there will be agreements set, there will be a working together.  The divisiveness must end.  And it's not only within your country it is throughout the world.  For it is one human race that must come together for the betterment of all.  It is one tribe, it is one herd.  So when beings understand, they support each other for the betterment of all.  It is no longer the arrogance of the few that is important here and that will be shown forth.  What comes about through this time is beings standing up, taking responsibility for themselves and for their choice of being upon this planet, not acquiescing their power but being empowered.  It is time.

Theo, tell us about the laws of the universe and how we can work with those laws to manifest and to be in the highest state of peace and joy in our being.

Utilizing a meditative state on a regular basis.  It needs not be a great length of time, however, when ones become very adept at finding great sense of well being within that state would prefer a bit of longer meditative process daily than not.  However, in the beginning it is to meditate a few minutes daily, habitually.  And this allows one to come into balance and openness to the universal energies that are ever present about.  The usage of visualization; visualizing what it is that one desires, feeling what it is that one desires in the experience now.  For one cannot describe the energies because that would be too complex in the human mind, most human minds let us say, have not the ability to describe energetic complexity.  So it is a feeling of process.  And it is also a review recognition of the growth that has been.  For too often there is this asking and realization that one has not done enough, so it is important that ones review and recognize what has been done.

Theo, what messages do you have today?
It is time of grand change.  There is a witnessing of the global economic structure, the global community, the global informational community that is coming to fruition in this time.  It is a time of new birth for the entirety of the world.  And we would find here that there is an interest to this awareness of each other throughout the world and through the communicative skills that are available to all individuals now, it is important that ones be aware.  For you have chosen to be a participant in this time of grand change.  So be present in the moment to moment experience of that and to recognize the ability to have knowledge of different cultures, different environments, different personalities so that one does not judge another as harshly as has been done in the past.  For it is a time of recognition of the atonement the joining of humanity.  Not judging one another but blessing each other and the diversities that that brings into this world and the similarities as well.

Theo, what are some of the tools that you can provide us for manifestation?
“When there is a desire, there is a creation of a thought that is a bridge to that outcome. So when one has a thought or a desire to be manifested, one then creates the thought bridge, meaning those attitudes and perceptions that are positive for that outcome. That places that bridge of thought into the universe for that manifestation to occur. There is a universal energy that is the attraction or creative energy that when one places the thought, or the seed, let us say, as if in one's garden, places a seed, then it creates an environment of gestation that then allows for the growth of that seed to become a flower. So what you are doing with your thought is placing the seed, on the intention, in the fertile soil. The universal energies is the soil in which it is placed ultimately, and the intent and the thought and the positive actions or thoughts is that which is the food to fertilize and feed the seed to bring it to fruition. In turn it is also that which is the attraction, the energy attraction to that positive outcome. Not to negate it with a negative thought, that it could not be so, because that breaks down the bridge to the universal energy that attracts.”

Then it is critical to move from the place of questioning our self-worth into a place of self-love, which if I am hearing you correctly, is really at the core of this whole process? “Knowing that one is worthy of all that they desire. But then one must be judicious in their desires for surely they will manifest. Be certain it is what you want. So then one becomes discerning of those desires, gains clarity within the self of what one truly wishes. In that certainty and awareness of self and thought process then one lives the life to its highest good, do they not? Then one wastes not their energy on the unimportant but on that which would be the joyfulness and bliss that they seek and desire.”

You have been speaking through Sheila's body for more than 35 years.  How does this process exactly work?

Through agreement.  And then there is a resignation with that which is the cellular structure of the body that allows for this communication verbally to occur.  There is a frequency, if you would, energetically that is aligned to the physical body to allow this communication.  Not unlike your media, your telephones, your radios, your television.  Much like that, there is a frequency put out and to meet another frequency for communiqué.

We see the beauty that it is of your planet.  We see the goodness of the hearts of humanity and the lessons that are being learned one unto the other.  But more importantly, we see the awakening of the consciousness of humanity, more than it has ever been.  And in that recognition beings taking responsibility for their inner process, which is necessary to acknowledge those aspects of self that are imbalanced within.  And bringing the little orphans home and to the heart, meaning the fragmented aspects of the self.  And when this comes to fruition there is much information to be imparted to all.  For each being as they do their inner work recognize that connectivity to the god source.  We're not speaking religiously we are speaking in that sense the individual connection to creation and to each other.  This is blossoming; individuals having personal experience with spirit and engaging on a much deeper level and reaching out to one another.

Many people have asked about the war in Iraq and how we can most effectively disengage; remove ourselves from the struggle that's going on now.  How do you see that?

Get out.  It says it would be in chaos, it is in chaos now.  And there is an arrogance of thinking that these peoples could not speak to one another, or to engage so that there can be different states.  There are three distinct communities, we see here, that should be allowed each governed.  And then to have their common govern ship and each voice be heard.  It can be done.  This has been a place of chaos and judgment of one another, so education is important. 

How do you see the US repairing our reputation internationally following this rather disappointing event in history?

We have said in the past it is not the politicians that bring peace; it is the arts and sciences that allow a dialogue amongst humankind for the betterment of all.  And there will be a global economic structure as well, necessarily so, so that there is not the manipulations of the few to control the mass.  So what occurs here is personalities of greater vision and greater communication and empowerment of a global entity much like your United Nations, but having greater influence, which it can - by being powered.  And this will come by the desire of the people.
